As pediatric dentists even age one may be too late for the first oral examination to intercept or prevent many medical problems that originate with tethered oral tissues which develop into adulthood where problems are now only managed . Brain development and good breathing are critical in an infants first 90 days. I will discus various comorbidities such as obstructed sleep apnea , air induced reflux and how we wear many hats and provide care that is missed by the medical profession
