Nursing Bottle Tooth Decay:

Placing a baby bottle filled with any sugar-containing liquid or milk in a resting infant's mouth, may produce severe dental decay!  It is also dangerous to allow a nursing child to at-will breastfeed all night and not wipe the  teeth off. Note: "No sugar added" juices are not "sugar free". Children who sleep with bottles are more prone to middle ear infections. If a child is allowed to walk around with a sippy-cup filled with sugary liquids, severe tooth decay may also occur. Severely decayed front teeth can be saved and restored by placement of laboratory bonded stainless steel crowns.
