Pediatric Dental Care
Payment Policy:

Payment for services is due at the time of your visit. If you have dental insurance, and we are a participant in your plan, a claim will be submitted on your behalf. If your plan requires special provisions for payment, such as referrals or preauthorization, you are responsible for providing this information at the time of your appointment. Co-payments are due on the day of your visit. The amount of co-payment is determined by your health plan's policy.

Please call the office to see if we accept your insurance as full or partial payment. We accept all new patients under the age of seven as well as children with Child Health Plus Coverage (under the age of 7 only), through Wellcare, UDM and CDPHP. We do not participate in the Medicaid program.
